CVS

i know its a cvs pharmacy so you cant really expect too much but this particular pharmacy and staff are incredibly bad

I am very disappointed. Ive been loyal to this CVS for years. I just came in because I know their store closes at 12am. When I came at 11:55pm. The gate was partially closed and I asked the lady isnt it closed at 12am. She said Yes and told her it was 11:55pm. Then she made some excuse. The reason why Im disappointed because my grandmother needed an over the counter medication to treat her immediately. I trusted CVS because they had never let me down. Im made at myself for doing so because I could have went to Walgreens and made it on time. Now they are closed. CVS as a whole will forever be tainted in my memories because of this one experience. Truly I tell you I will NEVER make that mistake again

HORRIBLE delivery service is horrible waiting to speak to the pharmacy wait time is over 1 hour and when someone answers they are NOT polite
