CVS

I went today to pick up my medicine for a ear infection. And just because I didn't have my copay they refused to give me my medicine. So I called my insurance company , and they tried to talk with them. Nothing was accomplished at all. Now I have to suffer for 3 days until. I have the money to pick it up. This CVS is the worst , I was warned along time ago NOT to go here. Now I'll be placing my orders at another pharmacy for now on. This could be very dangerous for many people to go here BE WARNED THIS IS NOT THE PHARMACY TO GO TO AT ALL. It's mostly crowded and looks dingy by the pharmacy at best. And this is the lady that refused me

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. The pharmacist does not fill your scripts in on time. I called for one of my prescriptions because they kept refilling the wrong one and she goes "Well we don't have the one you want so we were just going to ask you when you got here if the other one would be okay" When I said I needed the other medication not the old one her response was "oh well we don't have this one you are gonna have to go to a different CVS". Imagine my medication was an absolute necessary medication. Disgusting. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Lol, good luck getting through to anyone in the pharmacy on the phone. Place is always out of stock of medicine.

Just came to drop off a ups package and Oscar was super friendly and very quick! Took 10 seconds!
