Duane Reade

This place is by worst experience, waiting on a prescription to be filled, was promised that I would get call when medication is ready, no call, its 6pm and they are about to close. I make my way over to have this Duane reade staff member Stephanie, states the following. We are closed please keep in mind, its not closing time just yet a few minutes left. But her goal was to close count the register. The pharmacist was really willing to help to give me the medication, but Stephanie had other plans. I literally begged to just pick up. Stephanie said under her breathe this b!@ch and rolled her eyes. I definitely gave her a peace of my mind. But she responds using vulgar language using F bombs and all. Walgreens do better. I definitely will be reaching to corporate.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. Today the pharmacist decided not to show up. They're supposed to break for lunch at 1:30 to 2:30 but they either break to late or take 2 to 4 hour lunch breaks. They never know what's going on with prescriptions. Meaning you have to tell them what they have in their system. Every time I got to pick up my wifes monthly script it's never ready on time. They can be rude when confronted about their inadequate service. Is there anything lower than 1 star service. Seriously don't go there.

Pharmacy is always closed! It says open on google but there is closed! You are losing our time!
