Rude on the phone, as well as unhelpful. Couldn’t get a clear answer to my question. So I went to Walgreens.

I usually go to this Duane reade every month for my job. To pick up a couple things for the office using our business Card.. today a heavyset woman with missing teeth who was the cashier gave me a hard time, i wasnt able to purchase certain things because she wanted to see ID. But this location has never Asked me for this, i feel like she was being Biased because i am Black using a Business Card, i came back to the office and told my boss who immediately told me thats against the rules. I feel like she felt as If i was being fradulant and am very offending and we wont be buying ohr supplies here anymore
