Drove 8 miles to pick up Rx at 4:30pm because web site said open until 10pm. And automated phone had called and said Rx was ready, a day late, and I could pick up until 9pm.
When I arrived pharmacy was closed with a sigh that said closed at 4pm.
Long drive and a complete waste of my time. Always something at Walgreens.

I have changed from walgreens pharmacy to a different company due to lack of staffing. I have contacted walgreens pharmacy 3 times now to remove me from auto refill status. I continue to get auto refills from walgreens which rejects my prescriptions at my preferred pharmacy. Luckily my medication is not life threatening. Walgreens, please look into your customer service short comings.

Wednesday i had my medicine for fibro called in and my triple D disease in my backthursday at noon they got the ok from my insurance to fill it..by 1:00 friday afternoon it was filled..i called walgreens at 3pm and got the message that walgreens pharmacy is closed temporarily..no call to tell me it was ready to go pick up..here it is sunday and they are still not open..i went yesterday to walgreens and they didnt know why the pharmacy is closed..today sunday i called this morning they said the pharmacist has been sick..i said ok so you have only 1 pharmacist on duty working 9-10 hours a day 7 days a week..this is walgreen on Pennsylvania ave in binghamton nywalgreens if im not able to get my doctor and insurance to switch to another pharmacy to get my script s filled tomorrow..you bet im calling a lawyer..this sounds fishy to me
