I had a bad experience buying on line in this store. I bought on line a bean bag and a blanket that cost me U$203.60 include in this price, shipping and processing U$19.00 and delivery surcharge U$1.68. When I got it, the bean bag was small and the foam was not enough to make it full and the blanket was falling apart. So I return it and they charge me U$83.38. I was refund just U$120.22. I felt robbed by this store. Never again I will buy from them.

Paid for a bed that was supposed to be delivered in a week. They neglected to inform me that it was not in stock and would not be delivered for over 6 months. Continued to send messages that it was en route. Very poor customer service.

I had to hunt down a specific Harry Potter ornament and Marisol was such a wonderful help! She made sure I'm able to get the item that wasn't in store to arrive on time, and gave me great insights to what's the best to get for a Harry Potter fan. She even printed out my order just in case and the service I received was above and beyond. Very happy with my shopping experience!

Terrible. ordered a couch in January. 6 months later, they keep changing the delivery date, then they have the audacity to mark it delivered when they KNOW it WASNT DELIVERED, and aren't willing to compensate me fairly.
