I bought (2) powder coated silverware sets and within 18 months the coating began to fail and form rust along the edges. At such a high price point I would expect to have more confidence in the quality of the product. Stainless steel should not rust this quickly. Customer service was unable to provide any assistance in the faulty product claim. I would not recommend purchasing any stainless steel products from Pottery Barn.

Pottery Barn does not stand behind their products. Overpriced, junk. Terrible customer service buyer beware.

Ordered online. The 3rd party delivery service was absolute trash. I ordered a $4500 bookcase with their white glove service and it was anything BUT white glove service. On top of that they sent a truck that could not make it up my steep NY State driveway. Its NY State!!! One would assume they would factor this info into their delivery service but I guess not. Its honestly a post-Covid world where service now sucks. Ill only buy local going forward. Absolute garbage.
