        They were all very accommodating and helped me all the way from selection to putting it in my car. I was very happy they allowed me to get floor model that was already assembled.

        Terrible! Customer service is awful at the actual store. The guys that delivered where actually pretty nice, However as they were building my bed I noticed a smell.. they all still had their shoes on so not Sure where the smell was coming from maybe sweaty men idk. But my entire upstairs STILL as of the next day today at Noon, Smells very bad Ive used two bottles of Lysol and the smell is still there! Never ever again.
