Mattress Express Syracuse

Went last week and was helped by Joshua S. He really listened to my needs and concerns and took health problems into account when suggesting various mattresses. I got the impression that he is well knowledgeable about the differences in mattresses in the store and how they affect people differently. He did not pressure me into buying anything and was very patient with me testing everything I touched which is a great feeling as well. I would recommend going straight to him, but he got up and was ready to help, before I even walked into the door, which is also a plus.

Very clean store and friendly staff. Nick was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress. We discussed price, firmness and mattress style and he helped us narrow things down quickly. We were able to negotiate a great price and he helped us set up a super smooth delivery! I had no complaints and was very happy upon leaving. Would definitely visit again.

Beware. Theirs need to fear Kevin Fear. He will keep this years refund and any other refund you'd ever see. You'll pay more for anything free than you'd ever pay for something you want. This guy's lie and deceive you to sell you. Stay away

Didnt end up buying but I wanted to let you know your salesman Eric was very friendly, he wasn't pushy and I could tell he knew his stuff. Will surely be back when we buy our house!
