Horrible experience. No service worthy of praise. If they would work half as hard to do their jobs as they do to avoid doing them, I would still have no praise for this branch.

My company has been using this bank for 15+ years and I can see why. The staff at each branch I've visited, were always friendly and they get to know you by name.  They even engage with conversation (should you welcome it) when you're conducting your business transactions.I always find them personable and professional. Even the atmosphere of the bank is nicer than your average bank. There's no "tellers" - no one behind the safety glass.  AND most don't know it but they actually do open checking accounts and savings accounts for individuals, not just businesses. This branch in particular, you should meet with Bank Manager Ann Legio.  She's one of the best.
