        This bank is 3 stars at the most. It was two stars a year ago, but their mobile app seems actually usable now. The phone banking queues are much lesser and their reps seem more nicer but the underlying problems remain. The phone banking rep or the guy in the bank has about the same information as you do, which makes them pretty useless. I was expecting a wire yesterday and I called them today to ask if it's under processing. She says that no wire has come in while I get the money the next hour. A very good way to waste my time, provide wrong information and demonstrate their total incompetence. My debit card got HACKED due to this banks security policies. While they did block my card immediately, I had gone to this particular bank branch twice to request a new card as they had conveniently forgotten to place the request when I had went in the first time. Only reason I use it because it's free and am too lazy to close my account.
