Awful service. Couldn't handle something as simple as quarters. 2 rolls per person? K this is NYC I don't want to come stand in line every 2 weeks when I need to do laundry. The teller acted like I was gonna run the bank out of quarters I asked for $50 worth.

The teller was talking to another teller and until I said something, it was like I was invisible. He said he didn't think the transaction I wanted wasn't possible. That was it. He didn't offer to speak with the manager or try another way of accomplishing what I wanted. I called afterwards to speak with the manager but nobody answered the phone. If I wanted to, I could make an appointment thru social media but I don't have a social media account. I closed my personal and business accounts the following day.

Awful service, there was a girl blue eyes and brown hair who told me I couldnt cash my check cause she was seeing me writing my name on the check when I have cashed it many many times just like that and never had any trouble

These people work as their hate their job. Unfriendly. Rudes. The worse experience Ive had in Bank of America. I totally agree with the comment below
