The most incompetent workers ever!!!!! I had a check and because the person did not write out the words of how much, she didn't want to cash it. Person who made the check was on the phone and everything. The supervisor is a black female with blonde hair. If the person was on the phone and willing to verify anything, why make me leave and go to another bank?? She was purposely being difficult. A supervisor... unbelievable. I went to Chase on 125th btwn 5th and Lenox. They were all very nice and polite in that bank. Cashed my check in 1min and left.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, MY MOTHER WENT IN TO DO A WIRE TRANSFER AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO EVEN LOOK AT HER PHONE WITH THE INFORMATION THEY NEEDED FOR THE TRANSFER. IT WAS MY MOTHERS FIRST TIME DOING IT AND THEY COULD NOT HELP HER. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE SHE HAD AT THIS LOCATION.

They don’t listen to your needs and they want you to invest with them. They spent half an hour or more, telling me nothing significant.
