Not sure why the reviews are so subpar. This is a wonderful TD location. Jenai was lovely, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was a line when I arrived during my lunch break that dissipated very quickly as everyones problems were resolved in a timely manner.
PSA: dont leave a negative review somewhere if youre just having a bad day; thats about you. Thanks TD.

Worker that work in the bank DON'T have the knowledge how to help customer, if you can find another branch, do so i am with than for over 25 year, this branch it is the WORST, NASTY WORKER, take advil or motrin before you go to get help

The service with Roniece was lovely! She was very friendly and helpful.
+ other manager name starts with K was very aggressive.

This Branch has by FAAAARRR the worst customer service and management in the country. I have been a customer for years. Luckily I don't have to visit this branch often but Regional managers should clean house.
