They never answer the phone.Ever. I bank with Farmingville and need to call a different branch to get information on my account. Completely ridiculous. Ready to transfer across the street to Chase. Get it together Farmingville branch

Had an amazing customer service experience from one of the representatives, Melody. She helped me with everything I needed to get done, and it was a very pleasant experience. I am looking forward to banking with this establishment in the future.

UPDATE: Just found out after all of that, the name was never even updated on my account! What an absolute headache that was a complete waste of time and now Im going to have to go through this process again. Awful branch.
Poor experience with rude, incompetent staff. All I needed was to update my name on my home loan account with my marriage certificate at the ready, yet it was unnecessarily a drawn out ordeal. After not being acknowledged or offered assistance, I was then left sitting there at the desk while the woman (Jean) went to the back for a while because her boss disrupted by yelling to her to come do something knowing she was involved with a customer. Once she finally returned she actually called the TD service line to ask them what she was supposed to do, yet ultimately said well that wasnt helpful then proceeded to go on her computer just slowly typing as I sat there in silence for a while longer. Since there was no communication with me throughout this entire process, I politely asked for an update as I had a call soon but was met with an attitude in return that she was working on it. Overall I was waiting for over half an hour; it shouldve never taken this long for such a simple task. However, I was more surprised at the terrible display of customer service (or lack thereof). So much for Americas most convenient bank - this branch is anything but that. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
