She gave her ideas on the best way to handle this complicated situation and didn't pressure me to make any decisions. This was a 12/10 experience and I will certainly be calling Felicia next time.

        I went to this TD to use the ATM but to my surprise and confusion, my ATM card would not work. I waited for a teller and explained the situation and the process was very easy to reset my debit card once I proved my identity(to make sure I didn't just find this card and try to gain access).
