        Horrible Branch specifically 300 West 125th Street current employees lack professionalism / customer care skills to properly operate this particular Branch management needs to evaluate their current staff....

        If there is another branch by you I advise that you go there , this branch is horrible . Customer service support is 2 hours long ,wait. Horrible don't know why they have the sign in machine when it doesn't matter they pick and choose who they service . I will not be visiting there anytime soon . Lucky I have to give you this one star

        Bit of a wait but thats to be expected on the first Monday of the month; Manager stepped up and got us taken care of so we were still out of there in bout an hour.
