TD Bank

Rude staff. Notary refused to help me she wouldnt even listen to me. She is too lazy to do her job. She went somewhere and when shes back she completely ignored me and started walking from one table to another and made a scene like shes extremely busy just to avoid me and my friend.

They are not even try to act as if they are at work. Complete mess, always lines, lazy workers and rude tellers.

I had to complete a wire transfer. TD bank charged $50 for each transaction. The bank employee had a very little idea of how to send money. I had to tell her every step. Unprofessional

So unorganized. Only one person working customer service and there's a huge line and everyone is trying to cut people and they don't even bother with who was here first. Such slow service.

I waited on line to speak to someone about a card I lost wanting to get a new one. When I got to the teller they told me I had to wait for customer service. They allowed multiple people who came to the bank after me to go speak to the customer service rep before me. When I finally was able to speak to the customer service rep, she was very rude so I left
