Working with Harlington to rent my apartment was a great experience, they made the process easy and painless. Ive lived in my apartment for almost 3 years and have never had an issue getting a hold of management or the super. Our super keeps the building clean and is very attentive when it comes to any minor repairs. The management company takes great care to ensure residents are top priority, thats why Ive recommended them to a few of my friends.

Ive been living in one of Harlingtons properties for a few years now and have no plans to leave. Their leasing team made renting my apartment a breeze. My building manager, Yesenia, is always responsive whenever I have a question or need some help. Ive had a couple of not so great experiences with other management companies in NYC, Harlington is not like the rest. They truly care about the residents experience and I really appreciate that kind of customer service.
