I recently had the pleasure of staying at my friend JC's building and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I was struck by the spotless decor and modern chic internal design. But what really stood out was the unique integration of art throughout the flat. JC has a true talent for curating pieces that enhance the space and make you feel like you're staying in a high-end gallery. But the real treat was JC's smart technology driven room, which featured a thermoregulating mattress that was simply out of this world. I've never slept so well in my life! The mattress is designed to propel you into deep sleep faster than any other mattress out there and it truly lived up to its promise. Not only does JC have a Lobster named Larry that brings the place character, but he also has sports-infused memorabilia-clad walls that are perfect for any sports fan. The overall vibe of the flat was fun and lively, but also incredibly peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect balance. Overall, I cannot recommend JC's building highly enough. If I could give it 6 stars out of 5, I would. His hospitality was second to none and he truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would gladly stay again at JC's place and I can't wait to see what other amazing things he has in store for his guests in the future. Thank you, JC!

95 Horatio Street is a great apartment if you value having lots of space, having a quiet apartment, and friendly and responsive staff. As we know in NYC you have to compromise unless youre at the very top. If you prioritize these things, the West Coast apartments might be a good fit for you. When it comes to living space, these apartments are among the largest you can find in West Village for the price and there is plenty of storage, too. The walls are thick so in my two years living here I heard my neighbors maybe 5 times total. Its also a sleepy corner with very little traffic noise, either. Its location is right next to the Meatpacking District, too, if youre looking for nightlife and shopping. The staff as a whole were great, I always had service requests handled quickly, and the doormen are friendly and look out for the residents. I had a great time here, and would recommend this place to anyone.
