I have lived here for one year, and this place is amazing. I want to thank Carl; he is very helpful and patient. When I was moving out, he helped me figure out all the complicated procedures, such as how to discard furniture, and held the door for me while I carried some suitcases. He is very responsible! I feel happy to be here!

No words can describe the leasing agent Kevin. He such a nice, professional, kind and great guy to deal with! He made my move so easy. He is very curteous and polite! He reserved the freight car for my move in to make it quick and simple. I love that. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. Kevin is a gem. As for the apartment, it is newly renovated with new appliances and new floor and new bathroom. WiFi is already incorporated in all apartments which is awesome and it spared me the time to look for a carrier and all that hussle. On the day of my move in, the wifi was already activated. Highly recommend this building and highly recommend dealing with Kevin. Such a wonderful experience!

Kevin Stainback and the team at 10 Hanover could not be more helpful or welcoming! I was in contact with Kevin throughout the weeks leading up to my move in. The apartments are tiny, the concierge guy was extremely nice, but theres no sunlight even with windows and youre facing an office building with no other views.

Excellent 2 years Ive lived in this building. Carl at the front desk really made everyones day better with his professionalism and friendliness. If youre looking for a home this is the best place to live in downtown new york.
