Yesterday (11/14/23) 295 CPW offered what it does a few times a year--a gathering in the lobby where apple cider, coffee and cookies were served to the tenants so as to bring tenants and management reps together to comingle and just meet one another for talk and conviviality. This is done periodically. Some months ago orange juice, coffee, Danishes and bagels were served by 295 reps to the tenants in the lobby, and another time an ice cream truck was ordered which served multiple ice cream flavors for 295 tenants! It's reflective of 295 itself which is a wonderfully run apartment house with full concern for the tenants in a terrifically run place, with terrific doormen, doorwoman, and overall staff. I love the periodic get-togethers in the lobby so as to meet with management and other tenants. Hopefully, these periodic breakfast get-togethers will continue. Thanks! Peter Schwab
