144 West 86th Street

We moved in a couple of months ago and couldnt be happier. We feel very lucky to have gotten this place. Since our first viewing, weve been impressed by the Rudin team, the staff, the building and the unit. The doormen and staff are always helpful and friendly, the building is kept in excellent shape, the management team is very well run, and the list of great things goes on. So glad we get to call this place home. Oh, and the location is amazing!

It has been a pleasure to work with the entire team at Rudin. We recently rented a ground floor professional space and look forward to many great years at 144W86. The entire staff so far both in management and at the building have been amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs.

I'm a resident at 144 W 86th. Damien and his team held a very nice meet and greet event in the lobby at the building. We got to meet everyone and enjoyed coffee and treats. We are so fortunate with the entire staff at 144 W 86th. We couldn't ask for a more attentive and talented team. They are always there to help with anything we need and always with a smile. Our experience in the building has been wonderful. Thank you for holding a nice event and taking such great care of all of us at 144!

As a real estate broker we look how best to serve our clients and streamline the very often stressful process of applying for either a purchase or rental. In the case of Rudin Management from start to finish the application and approval process of a client applying for a rental in their building was seamless.

The tenants and staff in this building are very friendly, respectful, and considerate. This makes the building feel like a home in a small community. If you are a dog lover, there are many dogs in the building which adds to it feeling like a home. The tenants in the building are a mix of tenants who have been here for many years and new families with young children.
