Walked in for my 3pm appointment and was sorry to see a whole waiting room full of people. Apparently there were many "walk-ins". So I did my automated check-in at the kiosk and then took a seat expecting a long wait. Well I was very pleasantly surprised to only be sitting for a few minutes when I was called. Obviously my appointment took precedence over all of the walk-ins. Also my tech who drew blood was very friendly and professional, but most importantly - PAINLESS. 5 Stars all around.

Had a 12:45 appointment and got there about 20 minutes early to check in. They ended up taking me back 15 minutes early and check-in process was made easy by the use of kiosks. The lab technician who drew my blood, Misha, was soooo sweet and had excellent bedside manner. I told her I was nervous to get my blood drawn and she made the whole process quick and painless. Highly recommend her!

Horrible experience. If I have an appointment at 2:00p I expect it to be honored. I dont want to hear youre behind schedule because of walk-ins. Prioritize the appointments better. I had to leave because Im on lunch. I was told MAYBE another half an hour. That is not acceptable If I were late to an appointment after 15 minutes I would have my appointment cancelled. Do better

I wanted to make an appointment from this place. The lady who answered my call hang-up on me she did not even let me finish what I was saying. I dont have to see how they treat people in person. If they could treat me this way over the phone, she answered like she wanted to argue or was arguing with someone. From my experience and some of the reviews I read, the owner needs to update some of his employees. Patients deserve better than that.
