DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BED BUGS!!! Terrible. I woke up with bites all over my arms and back and only found an actual bedbug the second night despite searching for two. After I found the bed bug and took a picture of it, I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They refused and said they would only refund me one night. I said that wouldnt be acceptable as I was dealing with the issue for 2 nights. The receptionist was rude after we asked for bags to put out clothes in. The manager was horribly rude after I asked for a refund. He said he would have to wait until an inspector came to confirm despite me showing him pictures only my arms and a picture of the bed bug we found. He refused and refused to give us a refund all the way until I brought up leaving a negative review. After that his demeanor changed. He that he said, Why would I give you a refund if you are just going to write a bad review anyways. How does that help me. I was Dumbfounded at hearing that and I persisted until they finally agreed to give us a refund. However I still have no refund on my card so Im doubting they actually refunded me. Just save yourself the stress and bites and dont stay here Ever.
