was in an accident and took vehicle to East Hills CJDR..Mike Casey took care of getting car to body shop, securing alternate transportation, kept me updated on progress.. And after it was done at the body shop, he took care of scheduled maintenance that was due and repaired my check engine light. extremely happy with the whole process.

Do not go here. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. It took about 2 hours (they kept telling me it would be ready in 5 minutes). When I went to pay, they tried to up-charge me more than the agreed amount. They also try to get you to spend more money and prolong the process. They asked about my air filter, but I could change that on my own. On the way home, I hear a strange noise coming from my heat fans, and lo and behold, the problem has to be with the air filter. Either they put it on wrong or something, but they completely messed up my air filter, and now my car makes a noise whenever I tried to use the heat or AC. Overall had the worst experience, and clearly, these mechanics are inexperienced. Im so unsatisfied with their service.

Mike Kennedy is the consummate professional in every way; friendly, thoughtful, highly professional, driven, flexible, and SO MUCH FUN to deal with. My experience from the minute I walked in the showroom and he greeted us, until he delivered my dream car, not an easy task, I might add, was stellar! He found the one car available, delivered it a month early and patiently has led me through all of the bells and whistles. I'm ecstatic, he's a real pro and a valued friend! I feel very lucky he was there at 9 am on that Saturday morning!
