        Millions Thanks to Mr. James Soltani!!! He is the best !!! I have a trouble to get my TD app back, because I dont remember Apple ID, password word, and meanwhile I have too many iPhones under my account, it cause the confusion and headache. I have asked help from Other TD staff, t Mobil staff, Apple store staff , relatives and friends, no help ohoh until I find Mr. James this afternoon. He solved all of the problems and headache!! I am very happy and relax now, go to this gentle man , he wont disappoint you!!!!

        I went in asking about the signature guarantee service. This branch didn't have it, which was fine. But they provided zero information to guide me forward. The lack of knowledge and the "I couldn't care less about you" attitude really bothered me. I then called the Port Washington branch. Even though they didn't have it onsite, they were able to right away point me to the branch that does offer it. What a huge difference.
