        I have had fantastic customer service in the past from Aaliyah And Sabina Im not sure if they work here anymore. Each time over the last year, Ive asked for either one when I go in, Im told they arent there. Even though the other reps always ask how they can help, its not with any kind of genuineness. I called a few times as well and no one seems to really want to assist. Youre made to feel they want to pass you on, conversation is rushed so they can hang up. There is an overall poor attitude and low morale here and its apparent the minute you walk in. No one even looks up or speaks to you. Ive been with Chase over 20 years and this is one of the least customer oriented locations.
