Esther helped us facilitate our buy and sell process that happened in parallel. She kept us in the loop when she needed to. She helped us set our expectations on our first-time sellers and guided us through as first-time buyers of a house e.g. setting us utilities and change of address. She also did a good job managing the timelines of both transactions which lead us to close both on the same day. Even after we closed, she was responsive to any questions we had about the house post moving in.
