Luis is a great broker, and an even better person. We first spoke to my wife and I over the phone. We scheduled our meeting at a convenient time. He showed up promptly. This was the first apt we saw with him we were already sold. He showed us another apt in the area just to compare, but we already decided on the first one. No pushing no convincing. He answered all our questions and shared his experience with us and helped us snag the apt we wanted. He was also able to show up within moments when we were having issues contacting management and quickly sorted it out.
