Alex is a true professional, selling my rental property was easy, but there were multiple problems with the tenants, from the start Alex took charge of the situation(s) as they arose, it seemed like there was a new one everyday. His calm demeanor made the tenants eventually come over to his point of view. At times, I was ready to quit, and I was afraid he may say, the heck with this. It took 6 mths to close, Alex was able to get the buyer to also han in there , heand got the job done. I've dealt with a few realtors in my day, and Alex is truly in a league of his own.
