We recently sold our single family home in Forest Hills with Roger as our seller's agent. Our experience with him was outstanding! He was the second potential seller's agent that we considered for the job. He listed the house for $225k more than the other agent would have and got the home sold very close to listing price! Roger had a high touch approach to selling our property, advising us on what upgrades we could make to our property that would be a good investment. Throughout the process he was very courteous and knowledgeable. His legal background makes for productive communication with any real estate lawyers involved in the process. Been calling Roger for the past three weeks. One time he answered, i told him what am looking , he asked me to send him documents now he doesn't answer none of my calls or text. He posted two apartments that am very interested in but they pick & choose who they want.

Roger was an absolute delight to work with while looking for our apartment in Forest Hills. He always returned calls/texts promptly and was happy to answer all of out many questions. He helped us find an amazing place and even made sure the landlord updated appliances without us asking. He was there every step of the way till he were 100% happy w/ keys in hand. We was super thorough, professional and so friendly.Would absolutely work with Roger again + recommend him 100%!
