I've had the pleasure of working with Paula on a few occasions. Both in commercial and residential real estate. She is a pleasure to work with. She really is a caring, genuine person with excellent knowledge in real estate and it shows. If you need someone with the experience, knowledge and sincerity, then Paula is the agent you're looking for.

It has taken me some time to compose the words of the duplicity and blatant unprofessionalism of this woman and also her existence as a human being. I had been in a horribly violent domestic situation and needed to move out of my own home after my ex-husband put my own gun to my head and proceeded to destroy the inside of my home. I was forced to move out to have the home remediated and also to find a safe place to live while I obtained a protection order against him and started divorce proceedings. After finding a condo Mrs. Annarumma and her husband owned in Naples, Florida, in a gated community, via VRBO, I secured a rental of the property on a short-term basis. It then became evident that I needed the property for a longer term due to the renovations being done on my home and negotiated a year-long lease at a rate that was nearly $1,000 a month over the equivalent annual rent in the market. During this time, I went through personal struggles with PTSD and alcohol abuse. But, with help, ended up safe, sober, and blessed. When Covid hit, my then 87-year-old father fell ill and my family asked me to move to their home to help take care of him. I presented the situation to Mrs. Annarumma and she changed immediately from the ever grateful landlord that was paid on time and happy to have me as a tenant to keep the unit maintained (especially during the summer hurricane months) to an absolute monster. Her husband used to say his day was better when he spoke to me if I called to let them know there was a mechanical issue with the unit and they even took me to lunch when they were in town. But as soon as I made mention of needing to break the lease, she turned evil. I had to get my family attorney involved and I still have an email she submitted to the attorney with the title line "THE BITCH IS AT IT AGAIN." I had my own personal funds I was expending both on the rental at $2,500 per month, plus paying my personal mortgage on my 3 acre farm and home, in addition to having to spend $320,000 to rebuild my home. I PAID HER the balance of what my lease was (a sum of nearly $20,000) and instead of allowing me to maintain my rental, she called the community manager, told them to block my car access, and even sent someone to come to the unit WHILE I WAS STILL LIVING THERE to make sure I had not done anything to it. I had to involve the police to maintain access to what was then "MY HOME." The police asked if I wanted to press charges for "breaking and entering on the individuals that broke in" (there was a keypad lock on the door), but I opted not to. Shortly after I moved out to take care of my father, I had texted her to utilize the unit, which I HAD PAID IN FULL, for a personal space to take a break. She had already leased it out again to another tenant. It was not worth my time or any more money to go after her for what she did. I did nothing bad to the unit and in fact received my $2,500 deposit back in full. But then had photos sent to me of some items I left in the freezer, a spot in the oven, and an air filter that was dirty. She said "this is not clean and you know it." I reminded her I also had paid a $250 cleaning fee up front when VRBO did the initial rental. She was instructed to utilize that money to remedy whatever issues she had. Very long and detailed review, and if you have read this far, I applaud you. The woman is a wolf in sheep's clothing and I am certain if you are dealing with her on a real estate deal that goes badly, she will come after you for whatever she feels she can do.
