The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when it comes to accommodation question. The test center is not accessible via elevator, you will have to take it to the second floor and then walk the stairs. When this was addressed with the staff, they didnt offer an answer or next step(s). Please aware when scheduling your exams here.

I went to alliance for a test, and I was really happy with how everything went. The people there were friendly and helpful right from the start. The place was clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and easy when taking the test. The people at the front desk were nice and made sure I knew what to do. The guy was really good at his job. He knew what he was doing and made sure everything was done quickly and accurately. They also answered any questions I had and made sure I felt okay throughout the process. Overall, I had a great experience at this Testing Center. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to get tested.

I recently visited acs Testing Center for a test, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk guy, who immediately put me at ease with his friendly demeanor. I was feeling really nervous before my test, but he took the time to chat with me and answer any questions I had, which helped calm me. The testing center itself was well-organized, creating a comfortable environment for what can often be a stressful experience. The waiting area was clean and they had water, and the atmosphere was peaceful, which further helped to ease my anxiety. When it was time for my test, the staff had nothing but professionalism. The technician who administered the test was patient and understanding, taking the time to explain each step of the process. I would highly recommend this testing center to anyone, my experience at ACS exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the front desk guy who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

Place looks clean and easily accessible. Manager and front desk are responsive to needs of customers who come there to take test and other classes. Students come there to pass and move on with their life. So to see them help each individual is a great service to everyone.
