Prometric Testing

As soon as the "indian guy" found out Im not yet an american citizen his behavior was hostile , disgusting and close to intimidating. I have never felt in my 5 years in USA such a racism in my life. Please fix the behavior of your employees. They are there to work not to judge our immigrant status, they are people for that!

It went so well for me on my test day. Smooth experience. It is located in 2nd floor. Before u go to 2nd floor, u need to find ur name on the sign in paper and sign in at the information counter. Appear earlier on the test day, they let u take ur exam the earlier u arrive. For me, my exam hour is 8 am and i start taking my test at 7:15 am. Room temperature inside is just optimal neither too cold nor too hot. They dont let u bring jacket inside ur testing room, but only jeans jackets or sweater are allowed. So make sure if u are afraid of cold, bring some light fleece sweater. For females, restroom is just a lit bit far , across the hallway. U need passcode for female restroom which is provided on the center exit door. For the purpose of time management during break, running through and fro to restroom takes around the fastest 3 min imo. And return from break, security inspection takes around 1 min (in and out) . So 4 min is mandatorily lost during ur break time. Apart from that , everything is fine. All staffs are nice and helpful.

I had my TOEFL exam here. Prometric is at second floor. Tell security youre here for testing center and they will guide you. They provide a locker for your stuff. Computers was decent. Reaz form front desk was kind.

I went there on August 19th and it was a smooth experience. I was afraid of having a bad experience before the test because of the reviews, but it was actually pretty good. The staff was polite and the place was well-structured. It was neither too cold nor too warm in the test room.
