Thanks for communicating to clients that this branch is temporarily closed.
Edit 3/28/24: nothing more frustrating than taking the drive for the ATM to find out the reader to unlock the door is inoperable. Also, parking lot floods on rainy days.

Atrocious service. The lady is mice but why the hell is it just one worker by herself and no teller? Whats the point of the bank if theres no teller? Go to another chase

This branch has by far, the best customer service working at a Chase branch. Even without a private client business rep, Ms. Monica, an associate banker together with Ms. Rene, the branch manager were able to resolve a business account reactivation issue in ten minutes.
If Mr. Jamie Dimon sees this review, please take note that as a client with Chase for over 40 years, this was by far the best and BUSINESS FRIENDLY customer service experience I have ever had with Chase.
