Jin Kim is AMAZING and truly works on behalf of his clients! It was a pleasure of working with him during my visit to this Chase branch. He was so helpful to me, listened to my needs and was very easy to work with to set up estate account. His indepth knowledge, follow-up and follow through made it so easy and was able to answer any questions I had. He is very detail oriented true professional! He is the best! Very disappointed about service I just wanted a simple service and the Chinese guy just ask me are you united state citizenship a have my account since 10 years and no body's ask that and this guy just to do a simple transaction acting like a racist person very very disappointed

I just met one of the managers for the first time and she just a blessing in disguise. She was pleasant and very nice. She really brightened my day.
