Ken Marcus: Allstate Insurance

I have been using the Marcus Agency for over 10 years, They are located on Merritts Road in Farmingdale, NY and I continued to use them, when I moved to Mt. Sinai, NY. The service I receive is excellent, whether it be processing a claim or renewing my insurance. I have auto, condo and an umbrella policy with them. I find their prices are competitive with the industry. They may not be the least expensive, but the difference in price is not significant to change to another company, when you see the quality of service you get with this agency, The insurance representative that handles my account is Mitchell Barber. I find Mitch to be friendly and knowledgeable. He always calls when one of my polies comes up for renewal to check to see if there are any changes I would like to make for my insurance needs and to see if there are any ways I can reduce my insurance cost. I am extremely happy with this agency and would highly recommend them to anyone. Stephen Foti

Through my difficult time, Ken Marcus with Allstate took the time, talked me through everything and made it an extremely easy process. Going into this was very stressful and I was expecting it to go not nearly as smoothly as it did. So appreciative of the fast, efficient and caring service I received! Will definitely be doing all my future insurance needs through him and Allstate. Would HIGHLY recommend!
