I've purchased probably 10 new cars in my lifetime and never once had the most pleasant experience that I did when I met with Leonardo at Van Bortel. I got a great deal on a new F150 Tremor with absolutely no bickering as well as a great value on my trade-in. I went to WH for my last 5 vehicles but never again. I absolutely love Fords and Van Bortel will be my dealer from this point forward. Icing on the cake was the last page of the contract which was a personal letter from Kitty Van Bortel which she says if anything has made you unhappy to please call her immediately on her cell or email.

Dont use their Quick Lane. I tried to get my truck (leased from them) inspected. The woman behind the counter just looked at me and blinked. I had to ask what to do next. She basically said duh. You have to drive it in that door. 2 hours later when I asked how much longer (to inspect a 1 yr old truck) she was annoyed and told me there was no way to tell. If you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor, go there. Otherwise try to get your Van Bortle purchased Ford inspected someplace where they dont get annoyed by your business.
