The manager knows nothing about federal credit protection laws, I went there to stop automatic payments and he told me I cant do that, I have to ask the creditor to stop taking the money. He is 100% wrong. The federal consumer protection bureau clearly says you can stop any payment you want to.
So I went to another branch where a young man knew more about banking them this branch manager, and he stopped the payments in two minutes. If you need to talk to a manager, use another branch, this guy is lazy and disrespectful.

The staff are fantastic and friendly and a pleasure to talk to!! They always have a great smile and fantastic attitude with the clients. I Always walk out of Chase Bank with a smile. I'm very satisfied with my transaction's I do at the banking establishment
