Cars are trash . Make sure you check them up and down please I urge you. When cars get delivered to carvana the detail guys and the delivery advocates dog the cars in the parking lots doing burnouts . The team lead Steve F . Is too scared to say anything.

Check engine light on my new car came on within two weeks. Conveniently Carvana refuses to pay for the diagnostic and wants to charge me a 100 dollar deductible. Almost like they cleared the fault code and then gave the car to me to run one drive cycle and have the light come on.nice on.

Bought a 2021 Grand Cherokee L from Carvana on 1/15/24 with scheduled pick up 1/22/24. The entire process has been fraught with stress, inconvenience, & frustration. From my requiring to duplicate documents, getting phone calls from representatives (that didnt check the submitted files prior to calling me), their website not being accurate to the required documents (they required a physical check from my bank to be sent, not an electronic transfer), to finally receiving an email at 1:00am on 1/20/24 that my car delivery has been rescheduled to 1/29/24, but the company representatives cannot tell you why, or where your vehicle is located. Friends: Do not use Carvana, I wouldnt wish this stress on my worst enemy. Im completely disappointed & disgusted with the lack of transparency & accountability. You all have been warned
