Within the last 3 months I purchased a 2021 VW Tiguan but decided to hold off reviewing my experience before I had an opportunity to spend time with my new vehicle. At each stage of the sales process the team at Burdick Volkswagen was exceptional. Sales Associate Kendra Horeth is a superstar and Burdick is fortunate to have an individual of her caliber on their team. It should be noted that I have been a 30-year customer of Burdick having purchased and serviced 4 different vehicles. My last, a 2013 Audi S4 which finally decided to call it quits after 11 years of aggressive driving and 206K miles. Even so, and with great reluctance (I loved that car) Burdick was kind to accept the S4 in trade and allowed me to keep my low-mile summer tires to sell on the open market. In addition, and much to my surprise, Kendra explained that I had service loyalty credits that she could apply to the deposit of the new vehicle. As for the Tiguan, it's awesome. I received it properly detailed and in great condition, and Kendra did an exception job reviewing all of the modern features and technology. The Tiguan is such a smooth ride and is exceptional in the snow. I seriously have not one complaint about the vehicle and it was Kendra who recommended this exact car when I went in with no preconceived interests. My initial intention was to purchase a vehicle that my son could take back to college with him in the Fall. Now, after driving the Tiguan over the past 90-days, there is a very good chance that I will need to purchase a second one for my son because I do not think I will be able to part with my recent purchase.
