    I went in to get a new phone but had an issue with remembering an old Apple ID password. Hailen and Nick went above and beyond with walking me through exactly what I needed to do. They got everything taken care of for me and set me up with a new phone, watch and home internet. They even saved me some money with working out a new plan. Outstanding service and great people!

    OK so we went to T-Mobile about a week ago to change our phones over from spectrum service. However, we had just gotten new phones on the spectrum service probably about 67 days prior because I was at a family members plan then we had a fallen out so long story short, we went to T-Mobile to get our phones, the big white guy Im assuming hes the manager his name is Nick he is the worst if it was up to me he wouldve been fired. If if I had another choice he wouldnt be allowed back at any other T-Mobile store so you know when you change iPhones, it sends a pin to your old iPhone and then you gotta enter that old pin into your new iPhone in order for your iPhone to activate , wow he told us to leave because it was gonna take a few hours so we leave you dont think because we only live two minutes away from the T-Mobile store on route 11 so we leave we bring our eight month old son son home I go back to the store I pick my phone up and its asking for a code and hes like oh wait your phones right here I got it And I typed the code in and it worked for my phone so then I specifically ask him in my friend was standing there as witness is everything OK with my wifes phone we dont have to do this cold thing we dont have to do anything he said nope its all taken care of now. Granted, I understand that it was the end of the night and Im sure he wanted to leave it was Friday Im sure he had other better things to do than to set a phone up for me but however, he didnt do the code thing , he already took the eSIM out of her brand new old phone so she cannot get a passcode and because she switched phones within 10 days Apple locked her out for Ill say about six days she couldnt do anything but receive calls and text and I called down there numerous times for him to help me and he wouldnt admit that he messed up thats all I wanted him to do was just say you know what dude I was Russian and I messed up I apologize I could throw in a case or screen protector or I can prorate your bill or something but he did it. Nick sucks I would highly highly not recommend going to T-Mobile on route 11 and Cicero if you want anything done the right way stay away from Nick at route 11 Cicero .
