The entire staff doesn't care about the poor patients who need them most. They are ignored, left in pain & filth. Hell would be easier than this place.

I have to leave a1 star to rate, but my father is here and constantly complains about their care, and the front desk heavy set lady with the brown hair is the worst. Will be filling complaints

Following spinal fusion surgery, I choos to stay at Terraceview because it was physically attached to ECMC. The worst mistake of my life. My children after several days, basically rescued me by taking me out of there. On the final day when I talked to one of the nurses in charge, I looked her right in the eye and told her I would not ever even let my dog stay here. I will be filing a formal complaint with New York State. They did not have their own pharmacy for my pain medications so I had to go without for an extended period after spinal fusion surgery. I could not even get them to give me a cup to leave in the bathroom so that when I got up, I could brush my teeth. I was left locked in a wheelchair that I could not move and all the while calling the nurses call button, which went un, answered. And that was just the first hour. I found that I had to request my pain meds as they do not come and check on you unless you call for them. When I did call for them, it would take at least 20 to 30 minutes for the nurse to come in with them. One nurse screamed at me that she was doing the best she could. There was also high-pressure to take a room there sooner than I had planned because they said its a VIP room and it could be gone if you dont take it today. I really needed to be on the medical side of ECMC for at least a day longer. I worked in the business office of a skilled nursing facility for seven years and this is not the way things are normally done.
