Spent a almost 2 days with my father in this facility. Personal we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Jeff did an amazing job, helping and ensuring that we were taken care of. He went more than out of his way to assist us. Kudos to him! He gets 5 stars. Now, the physical condition of the facility, well, lets just say its in desperate need of some cleaning and updating. Also, the parking situation is unacceptable for such a facility like this, in my opinion. The above aspects would be given 1 star.

Worst place ever. I was in there 2 months. It stinks like urine and the workers don't care about the patients. The therapy is the only good thing about the place. And the I wouldn't feed it to a dog

This was the WORST Rehab facility I have been in other than the facility which was located nearby and that one was shut down. Nuff said. The saving grace was my PT therapist.... Julie Rodland, PT, DPT. She was patient, informative and, by far, excellent!! Thank you Julie. I KNEW the first night I needed to go elsewhere. People screaming, loud TV'S, unhappy aides that don't answer the call lights, my wound dressing was not changed for over ONE WEEK when it was supposed to be dressed every day! My cousin called for a police well check because it was so cold. I made gloves out of socks!! Funny how quickly it got warmer after that check up. There needs to be serious work/investigation done. I pulled the cord out of the wall, which should trigger an emergency, but that remained unanswered!! Waited 2 1/2 hrs for a pain pill. There's alot of "lip service" but no follow through. Dietary tried to help but she was limited by the workers not following instructions. Overall, it was a place I would NOT recommend.
