Recently had to visit a family member at this facility. Walking up It stunk like garbage, urine and other body fluids. This smell continued throughout the time I was there. The nurses were unprofessional and disrespectful to the other individuals at the facility. An older gentleman was walking the halls from the waist down bare; another individual was struggling to get around the hallway alone. I would not recommend anyone's family member to go unless you don't care how they are cared for.

My friend was taken there from Buffalo General and when I call.Ellicott Center to talk to him you can't get through they hang up on you still can't talk to him I'm going to call the state and going to call his daughters.

The worst place ever. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. he is disabled/high needs. They sent my brother here for iv therapy/PT, the only place that would take him. Upon walking in and looking around it looked just ok.inside and lobby and web pic is not what you get. We waited 10 hours for 1 person just 1, to come say hello, get his needs/history. Not 1 person showed their face. I wouldn't feed him their food. He was puree diet thickened drink diet. They gave him reg food, he could barely chew new tray sent a SANDWICH he cant chew, next tray I wouldn't feed to a dog. Wouldn't put my worst enemy there. Supervising nurse wouldn't show her face to me the whole time. Only way out was to call 911 and have him transported back to the hospital or my house. Its a medicaid cash grab. I wasn't leaving him there 1 second by himself. His aid of 20+ years stayed thank God with him til I got there. She cried. Room was subpar. Dresser was filthy. We requested rails on his bed, said he needed a PT script, put his bed to the floor and put a mat down was her solution. My brother rolls allover. He couldn't get up to pee and probably would be laying in it. Meds need to be ordered from pharmacy and delivered. 10 pm he still didn't have his meds still no one came to get a history. He has noncommunicative downs. 8 hours of this hell has set his recovery back again. Thank God my brother was out like a light and didn't know what was going on. He would have died there.
