The Home Depot

Just had the worst experience with this home depot, we waited over an hour for the kitchen specialist whom she was hiding we called for her twice, once she came she didn't not even wanna sit with us. Then we asked for a quote and her answer was maybe you should get an appointment, then what is the point of you being there. She stated the other worker would be better to help us.We wasted an hour and half for nothing never felt this uncomfortable and unwelcome before.

I went to the one on milestrip in Blasdell And had some paint questions and I had the pleasure of dealing with Marty! He was very sweet knowledgeable and helpful! answered all of my questions! Thank you Marty all customer service employees should be more like Marty! Made my day
