People at check out - horrible. There was a mixup at the line and as a result the guy who was at the self check-out machines (around 2:30pm) made a really patronising comment as if we were some school children who needed to be scolded or something. How about they just do their job and treat customers with respect? Ruined the whole shopping experience.

Never had a problem shopping there in person. When shopping online from this store, had the unpleasant experience of having the small items of the order delivered to my address while the large items, the ones I actually needed delivered and couldn't pick up myself, never delivered and marked as delivered. I had to call them, spend hours on the phone, numerous emails and texts to get any refund back whatsoever, even with a picture by the delivery guy as "proof of delivery" showing just an envelope. Never received an apology or refund of the high shipping fees charged. Felt like a fool, they obviously have done this before, shipping only pens and paper and not the actual bulky stuff and leaving the customer to try to claw back their money. Will never shop there again, either in person or online.
