Five Star Bank

i am sitting here now and they havent helped anyone in like ten minutes or offered any explanation on what the problem is or how long the wait will be. When I stood up to ask if the services I needed could be processed the woman who was sitting at her desk doing absolutely nothing the entire time I have been here looked at me like i had two heads for wanting her to do her job and was super rude and condescending. The wait time is completely unacceptable and shows they do not care about their customers time at all. I spoke to the branch manager and asked her if there was a problem and she told me i could go on another branch super rudely and i had to call corporate to complain. horrible service.

Great Bank to get a home mortgage. I have 2 mortgages with them. Just closed within 30 days this month. Everyone helped out to speed up the process. Brandon and Chiquita are very expeditious, knowledgeable, and professional.

This is the WORSE BANK to deal with. You can never get anybody on the phone Ive called four different numbers and went to the bank and Sheridan Drive and last month I paid with a debit card and now theyre telling me I cant pay with a debit card and I live in the falls and traveled almost 30 miles to pay the payment and I need somebody to get back to me
