Our daughter started at Bright Horizons as an infant and has since graduated to the toddler room. Our experience has been excellent and its been great for her development. Her teachers are all very warm and caring and the school is very communicative. They do tons of activities with them (including art, reading, exercise, music and Spanish). We really enjoy seeing photos and updates through the day via the app. She is super excited to go to school every day to see her friends and teachers.

We started our daughter at Bright Horizons Dumbo when she was just four months old. We had looked at several daycare options at the time and there was just no comparison. Through every stage of development, they have led with a results driven and empathetic approach to make sure every stage of her ongoing transition was handled with the utmost personal care. We moved her to a separate Bright Horizons location just before her first birthday and found the care to be universal across locations. When the pandemic hit, the centers closed and we were heartbroken for the mere fact that she was losing a network of support that had allowed her to make incredible cognitive strides. When the Dumbo center reopened, we were quick to return but with caution. Every parent in that moment was rightfully concerned with making sure safety was not compromised for the sake of child care relief. Bright Horizons leadership team was so committed to ensuring a safe and supportive environment that our concerns were subdued instantly. Our daughter continues to shine as a result of her experience and is incredibly emotionally and cognitively mature for her age. We know that her personal success is a direct result of the hard work and compassion displayed by the entire staff at her center. They have become like an extension of our family and all of us, especially our daughter, could not be happier. I fully encourage any parent to trust the Bright Horizons community to provide an unrivaled standard of excellence for their child, especially the team at the Dumbo location.
